European Caribbean Development Consulting in partnership with EuroCaribe Consulting specializes in micro and small enterprise development, capacity building, sustainability and international supply chain management in the areas of agroecology; small-scale farmers’ and fishers’ cooperative development; community development; education; eco-tourism and environmental conservation.

Our Offices:
Our European Office, opened in July 2020, is located near Berlin in Potsdam, Germany. This office provides advisory and management support services to project stakeholders in Germany and the EU.
Our Caribbean Office, opened in January 2024, is located in Belize in the Los Lagos Community near the Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport. This office provides advisory and management support services to project stakeholders in Belize, the CARICOM/CARIFORUM and the Central American countries as well as acts as a local representative office for project stakeholders from Germany and the EU.
Our Team: Mitch Lee, Susan Fuller and Louis Vanson
Mitch Lee manages the European Office and the Caribbean Office as well as supports both offices. He is a US citizen and long-time permanent resident of Germany. Mitch holds both a Master of Business Administation and a Master of International Management and has extensive experience in international business development and training as well as valuable intercultural, networking and mediation skills. Languages: English, French, German and Spanish.
Susan Fuller will co-manage and support the Caribbean Office in the near future. She is a Belizean national and completed her studies in Business Adminstration in the US. Susan has extensive experience with NGOs, business development and project management support. She also has a wide contact base of key decision-makers in Belize, both in government and in the business community. Languages: English and Belize Kriol.
Louis Vanson supports both the European and Caribbean offices. He is a native of Belize, has dual Belizean and US citizenship and is a long-time permanent resident of Germany. Louis provides valuable country insight into Belize and offers essential small business development and management know-how. Languages: English, German and Spanish.
